On August 1, 2007, OnlineMetals.com was acquired by
ThyssenKrupp Materials North America,
one of the largest providers of production materials and integrated supply chain solutions in North America.

is farther up the supply chain than OnlineMetals.com is, and, as a result, they buy
in much larger quantities and often at considerably lower prices than does OLM.
Those savings will be passed on to our customers.

Access to more materials. Our new parent operates an expansive network of service centers
throughout North America and offers a superior variety of metal and plastic products as well as
processing capabilities. OLM will have access to their vast inventories. If you can't find it
here, it probably isn't made.
