Will-Call and Pickup Information

The short answer is that yes, we do have a will-call area at our warehouse in Seattle.
You're more than welcome to pick up your orders there, or if you need to look at the material
before ordering, you're more than welcome to do that. If possible, the most efficient way to
operate is for you to place your order (via the Internet or on the phone) before coming down,
so we can have it ready for you when you arrive.

Will-Call Process

As part of the order process, we ask our customers where they live. If you're in the Seattle area, the website
will recognize that fact, and in step 3 of the checkout process, you are asked to pick a shipping method.
You will see "Will call" as one of the options.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM for walk-in orders, and until 5 PM for picking up orders already placed.
We generally need 4 business hours from order placement to pickup. If you need something faster, please call.
Finally, many of our customers have found it far more convenient to place their orders in advance rather than stand in
line while we process their order.

We are located in the Ballard/Queen Anne/Interbay area of Seattle. Specifically, we're at the southeast end of the
Ballard Bridge. These directions are also e-mailed to you when you order material through the website.
- From Ballard/Crown Hill/15th Avenue West
- Go south on 15th Avenue NW and cross the Ballard Bridge
- Take the first right after the bridge, then make an immediate left to go over the overpass.
- Bear right as you come over the overpass; this directs you onto West Nickerson Street.
- Stay in the left hand lane and make the first left onto 13th Avenue West (down the hill toward the water).
- OnlineMetals.com is located on your right on the other side of the railroad tracks.
- From Downtown Seattle via 15th Avenue NW
- Go North on 15th Avenue NW
- Take the last exit before the Ballard bridge; this directs you onto West Nickerson Steet.
- Stay in the left hand lane and make the first left onto 13th Avenue West (down the hill toward the water).
- OnlineMetals.com is located on your right on the other side of the railroad tracks.
- Via Interstate 5
- Take I-5 to the Mercer Street Exit in Seattle.
- Make a left onto Valley Road.
- Stay in the far right hand lane.
- Bear right onto Westlake.
- Follow Westlake PAST the Fremont Bridge.
- Westlake turns into West Nickerson.
- Follow West Nickerson approximately 1 mile to 13th Avenue West.
- Make a right onto 13th Avenue West (down the hill toward the water).
