Will-Call and Pickup Information
| Although we ship material from multiple facilities, we are only able to offer "Will Call" service to our customers in the in Pacific Northwest. Regardless of how you acquire your material, we prefer that you place your order in advance (via the Internet or on the phone) before coming down. That way, it'll be ready for you when you get here. | ||
| Will-Call Process | ||
|
The "Will Call" shipping option will only appear after you've entered your shipping information,
and our system recognizes that you're a local resident. Enter your shipping information in Step
2, and chose "Will Call" in step 3. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM for walk-in orders, and until 5 PM for picking up material that was pre-ordered online. (Bring your receipt number. We generally need 4 business hours to process an order. If you need something faster, please call. Finally, many of our customers have found it far more convenient to place their orders in advance rather than stand in line while we process their order. |

Ballard Bridge. These directions are also e-mailed to you when you order material through the website.
