What is Machinable Wax?

Machinable wax is a very hard wax that has a higher melting temperature than most other waxes. It can be machined, cut, or shaped using standard metalworking or woodworking. Machinable wax is also self-lubricating, non-abrasive, and will not fuse when machined at high-end spindle rpms and feed rates.
