C182 Chromium Copper is commonly used in resistance spot and seam welding because of its electrical conductivity. Aside from its weldability, C182 is often used in electrical applications.
C182 is resistant to deformation in high temperatures and softens at elevated altitudes. It is heat treatable and cold workable.
Refer to our "Guide to Copper" for grades, shapes and various properties.
