Copper 17510 rectangle bar (beryllium copper) is a high performance alloy designed to deliver an exceptional combination of strength, hardness, and electrical conductivity. Unlike standard copper alloys, C17510 is precipitation hardened to achieve significantly higher mechanical strength while maintaining conductivity in the 45 – 60% IACS range. This alloy provides excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to deformation under load, making it ideal for demanding electrical and industrial applications. Its non magnetic and non sparking properties further extend its use into safety critical and high energy environments where reliability and durability are essential.
Applications: Electrical connectors, springs, aerospace components, resistance welding electrodes, industrial tooling, non sparking tools.
