Inside Sales Representative

Help customers build, create, and manufacture with the right raw materials.

Online Metals is a leading eCommerce distributor of metals, plastics, and industrial materials. We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and turning opportunities into lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Provide pricing, availability, and delivery information
• Generate and follow up on quotes
• Process customer orders and returns
• Recommend material solutions and answer product questions
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and urgency
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Travel as needed to support company goals
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Support quality-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computers and business systems
• Experience in metals, plastics, manufacturing, or industrial distribution is a plus

Starting at $48,500+ annually (based on experience)
