Copper Round Bar 10W3 (Tungsten)

Copper 10W3 round bar is a copper tungsten composite material engineered for applications that require both high electrical conductivity and exceptional wear and heat resistance. With a typical composition of approximately 75% tungsten and 25% copper, this alloy combines the hardness and arc erosion resistance of tungsten with the conductivity and thermal management of copper. Unlike pure copper alloys, 10W3 is specifically designed for high load, high temperature, and high current environments where durability under electrical stress is critical.


Applications: EDM electrodes, resistance welding electrodes, projection and seam welding, electrical contacts, high wear tooling.
