Copper Square Bar 180 (Beryllium-Free)

Copper 180 square bar (chromium copper) is a high strength copper alloy designed to provide an excellent balance of electrical conductivity, thermal performance, and mechanical durability. Alloyed with small amounts of chromium, this material offers improved strength, wear resistance, and resistance to softening at elevated temperatures compared to pure copper grades such as 101 and 110. Copper 180 retains good conductivity while delivering enhanced performance in structural and electrical applications where both strength and stability under heat and load are essential. The square profile makes it ideal for machining, fabrication, and use in components requiring uniform strength and reliable current flow.

Applications: Electrical connectors, bus bars, power distribution components, heat exchangers, welding components, structural electrical parts.
