It is a high strength and wear resistant specialty bronze designed for bearings and other high speed, high temperature, and high friction environments. Through a unique manufacturing process, the bar effectively sweats oil when it heats up and is self lubricating. Once it cools down after work has stopped, it absorbs the oil back into the metal. 841 is used for high speed machinery and hardware.
