Copper Nickel Sheet/Plate

Copper-nickel sheet and plate are flat-rolled mill products engineered for structural stability and surface resistance in harsh, marine-grade environments. They offer excellent resistance to saltwater corrosion, stress-corrosion cracking, and biofouling, while maintaining superior weldability, formability, and uniform thermal conductivity across large surface areas. These flat forms are primarily fabricated into condenser tube sheets, vessel hulls, clad plate protection, hydraulic flanges, and heavy-duty structural heat exchangers. As a result, copper-nickel sheet and plate are heavily relied upon in shipbuilding, marine construction, offshore oil platform fabrication, desalination facilities, and heavy industrial chemical processing.
