Copper 10W3 rectangle bar is a copper tungsten composite material engineered for applications that require both high electrical conductivity and exceptional resistance to wear, heat, and arc erosion. With a typical composition of approximately 90% copper and 10% tungsten, this alloy combines the conductivity and thermal performance of copper with the hardness and durability of tungsten. Unlike standard copper alloys, 10W3 is specifically designed for high current, high temperature, and high friction environments where long term stability under electrical and mechanical stress is critical. The rectangular profile makes it ideal for fabricated components used in electrical and welding systems.
