Copper Square Bar 17510 (Beryllium)

Copper 17510 square bar (beryllium copper) is a high performance alloy engineered to combine exceptional strength, hardness, and electrical conductivity in a single material. Precipitation hardened to achieve high mechanical strength, C17510 maintains conductivity in the 45 – 60% IACS range, making it ideal for applications where both electrical performance and structural durability are required. This alloy also provides excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and stability under repeated load and thermal cycling. Its non magnetic and non sparking properties make it especially valuable in safety critical environments and high energy applications.

Applications: Electrical connectors, switch contacts, springs, aerospace components, resistance welding parts, industrial tooling, non sparking tools.
