420 stainless steel round bar is a hardenable martensitic stainless grade known for its high strength, good hardness, and moderate corrosion resistance. When heat treated, it delivers stronger performance and higher hardness than many standard stainless steels. Because of its durability and ability to hold an edge, 420 is widely used for tools, industrial parts, and components exposed to wear, mild corrosion, or heat.

Applications: Shear blades, surgical tools, cutlery, needle valves, pump shafts, bearings, bushing, fasteners, valve components, turbine parts, screens, ladder rungs.
