A2 standard tolerance rectangle bar is supplied annealed and cut from plate, making it an economical starting material for tooling projects that require extensive machining or profiling prior to heat treatment. The standard condition allows ample stock removal while still benefiting from A2’s excellent air hardening stability and predictable behavior during processing.
