D2 tool steel square bar is a high carbon, high chromium air hardening steel known for excellent wear resistance and long service life. With minimal distortion during heat treatment, D2 is well suited for cold work tooling where abrasion resistance and edge retention are essential.

Applications: Shear knives, stamping dies, punches, gauges, industrial tooling.

Finish / Condition: Standard Tolerance, Ground Oversized, Precision Ground
