Tool Steel Square Bar

Tool steel square bar is designed for demanding tooling applications that require high strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. Manufactured from alloyed tool steels and available in standard, precision ground, and oversize conditions, square bars provide reliable performance in cold work, hot work, and shock resistant applications. Precision ground options offer controlled surface finish and flatness, making them ideal for parts that require tight tolerances after heat treatment.

Applications: Tooling, dies, punches, molds, industrial blades, precision machined components.
