Stainless 347 Product Guide
Applications | Specifications | Mechanical and Chemical Data | Tolerances
Overview
The biggest advantage of 347 stainless steel is that it maintains its strength and corrosion resistance even over the course of repeated heating and cooling. 347 is an austenitic stainless and also can operate at high temperatures without losing strength. Typically used in aircraft exhaust, boiler casings, heaters, furnace heating elements, welding equipment.
