Stainless 455 Product Guide
Applications | Specifications | Mechanical and Chemical Data | Tolerances
Overview
455 stainless steel has corrosion resistance similar to 455 but with three times the strength. This alloy excels in situations where you need high strength, corrosion resistance, and relative ease of machining. It can be easily hot and cold worked in the annealed condition. Typically used in medical instruments, structural components, and aerospace applications.
