Refunds
Returns are accepted if all of the following apply:
• Customer has Proof of Purchase.
• Return is made within 120 days of purchase.
• The item(s) is unopened and is in original condition, as when purchased. Opened cans of liquid coating cannot be returned because they leak during shipping if opened.
• We will credit your account for the items returned in good condition. •There is a 20% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• You must call our office for authorization to return any package. We will give you the correct return address. Please call 916-852-0200.​

Please make sure to package the products with plenty of packing material so the items are protected from damage. Once we receive the undamaged package back, we will issue a refund for the products returned
