K&S Precision Metals Policies

- You have 30 calendar days from the day you received your order to initiate a return.

- There is a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount of the product

- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back to our facility in the event of any unused / mis-ordered products being returned.

Damages: What we consider a damaged product: The structural integrity has been compromised from the original composition of how the product was made. This would include bends or cracks in the material. (I.E. a brass tube that is cracked or a copper sheet/strip that has a significant bend in it)  Note: An aesthetic or visual look is not considered damage.

In the event of damages, please send: - Pictures of all the damaged products

- Pictures of the shipment packaging

In some cases, we may work with our onlinemetals.com partner and request that you fill out a claim form that takes 30 seconds or less. This is typical when the shipments are damaged by the courier and we can hold them accountable for the losses.

Missing / Incorrect Items: We have an amazing team who strives to bring quality and care to every single order they pack and prepare, but sometimes we do make mistakes.  We appreciate your grace, but if a situation ever presents itself, please do the following:
