Monarch Metals Policies

Monarch Metals ships most standard products within 2–4 business days, though custom architectural finishes or fabricated components may take longer to prepare. Custom shapes, finishes, and cutting services are available and made to order. All custom work is final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. Returns for standard items may be accepted if they are in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery, but this does not apply to custom products. Mill test reports (MTRs) are available for most metals and should be requested at the time of ordering to ensure they are included. All listed dimensions reflect nominal sizing, so customers needing precise tolerances should clearly specify their requirements in advance. Bulk orders and contractor-level projects may qualify for volume discounts; contact support for a quote if needed.
