RoundWorks Policies

RoundWorks offers precision-cut aluminum rounds and blanks, with every item made to order. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–6 business days depending on volume and diameter. Larger discs or high-volume custom jobs may require additional time. All products are shipped using standard ground shipping, though freight methods may be used for oversized or heavier orders. Standard cut tolerance is ±0.125 inches, and tighter tolerances may be available upon request for an additional charge. Because all orders are custom cut, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, unused standard items may be eligible for return within 14 days if pre-approved. Certifications such as mill test reports (MTRs) can be included upon request when placing the order.
