Benchmark Abrasives 1" x 150' Shop Rolls (also known as emery cloth) are designed to be used for hand sanding applications. They are truly Handy Rolls of flexible ALUMINUM OXIDE cloth abrasives. Shop Rolls are designed so that you can easily pull out and tear off what you need, to sand, clean, or remove a burr from your workpiece. They come prepackaged in a dispensing box. Shop Rolls are commonly used in fabrication shops, plumbing, and other maintenance and manufacturing operations. Shop Rolls are NOT suited for drum sanding or belt sanding applications.
These shop rolls feature premium aluminum oxide grains that are resin-on resin-bonded for extended useful life. This shop roll is perfect for jobs ranging from quick stock removal by hand to polishing completed works. It is flexible enough for edges and continuous and durable sufficient for hardwoods and metals.
A/O is the most commonly used grain at an economical price point.
