It can be easily soldered and brazed, but shouldn't be welded. 932 is typically used in bushings, thrust washers, bearings, pumps, light duty gears, and valve components.

Yes, alloy 932 bronze is hard, strong, and resistant to wear, corrosion, and impacts. It has good machinability (rated 70) and is commonly used for bushings, thrust washers, bearings, pumps, light duty gears, and valve components.
Material Test Reports (MTRs) are available for this product. It also complies with RoHS (Yes 6C), but it does not meet REACH standards.
The bar measures 0.625" thick by 3" wide and is produced using an 'As Cast' method, resulting in an oversized bar that finishes to stated dimensions.
The alloy consists mainly of 83% copper, 7% lead, 7% tin, and 3% zinc. It has a yield tensile strength of 18 ksi and an ultimate tensile strength of 35 ksi, with a Brinell hardness of 65.
