Made of 75% tungsten for wear and arc-erosion resistance and 25% copper for electrical and thermal conductivity, these bars work well for electrodes in the electrical-discharge machining of tungsten carbide and other dense material. They're RWMA Class 11, so use them for facings and insets for flash and butt welding dies, projection welding electrodes, and seam welding. Compared to RWMA Class 10, they're more wear resistant because they contain more tungsten. They're commonly known as Elkonite bars.

This bar is ideal for electrodes in electrical-discharge machining of tungsten carbide and other dense materials. It is also suitable for facings and insets in flash and butt welding dies, projection welding electrodes, and seam welding due to its wear and arc-erosion resistance.

Yes, custom cuts are available from the warehouse, with maximum lengths up to 12 inches. The product ships within 1 business day.

The 10W3 alloy contains 75% tungsten for enhanced wear and arc-erosion resistance and 25% copper for excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it more wear resistant than RWMA Class 10 bars.

Yes, an MTR report is available for this product to verify its material properties and compliance.

The bar is available in lengths of 8 inches and 12 inches, weighing approximately 4.6 lb and 6.9 lb respectively.
