This 16 gauge stainless steel sheet is made from 304 alloy with a No. 4 finish and a Treadtex textured pattern. It offers scratch and graffiti resistance, reduces oil canning, increases rigidity, hides fingerprints, and improves strength-to-weight ratio by 12% to 35% depending on the pattern.
This stainless steel sheet is available in multiple cut sizes, including 24"x24", 48"x48", 48"x96", and 48"x120". Each size is in stock and ships within 10-12 business days.
The Treadtex pattern adds a convex/concave texture that enhances rigidity, reduces oil canning, defuses reflectivity, and helps hide fingerprints, making it ideal for architectural and decorative applications.
This 304 stainless steel sheet has a machinability rating of 40 and an ultimate tensile strength of 85 ksi, with a yield strength of 35 ksi, making it suitable for various fabrication and structural uses.
