Carbon Fiber Tube Shop Policies

*Defective Tubes
Option 1: Replacement Tubes
If you find defective tubing in your order, please contact CFTS within 30 days of receiving your order (801-471-4150) for an RMA number. We will arrange to have your defective tubes picked up at our cost and ship out new tubes within 5 business days at our cost.

Option 2: Cancel Your Defective Order
If you find defective tubing in your order, please contact CFTS within 30 days of receiving your order (801-471-4150) for an RMA number. We will arrange to have your defective tubes picked up at our cost and send you a full refund including shipping and handling within 5 business days.

Damaged Tubes
Option 1: Replacement Tubes
To return tubing damaged during shipping please contact CFTS within 30 days of receiving your order (801-471-4150) for an RMA number. We request that you provide photos of the shipping box and damaged tubing so that we can ask our shipping company to cover the insured shipment. We will arrange to have your damaged tubes picked up at our cost. Then we will ship replacement tubes out to you at our cost within 5 business days of being notified about the issue.

Option 2: Cancel Your Damaged Tube Order
If you find damaged tubing in your order, please contact CFTS within 30 days of receiving your order (801-471-4150) for an RMA number. We request that you provide photos of the shipping box and damaged tubing so that we can ask our shipping company to cover the insured shipment. We will arrange to have your damaged tubes picked up at our cost and send you a full refund including shipping and handling within 5 business days.

Cancel Your Order - No Longer Need Tubes
If you wish to return your tubing for any reason, we have no problem accepting them back as long as they aren’t used (placed under load) or damaged in any way. If you’d like to return your tubing for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges you must contact CFTS at 801-471-4150 within 30 days of receiving your product so we can provide you with an RMA number.

All returns must have the RMA number written on the outside of the box or we cannot accept them. We don’t refund the shipping and handling charges unless you wish to cancel an order due to defective or damaged tubes. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping we will issue a full refund including shipping and handling.
