Return Policy
Unopened items are eligible for return within 30 days of the item purchase date. Items must be returned in unopened condition with all of the included hardware and pieces to receive a full refund. Returns must be authorized before sending back the item. Please contact us at [email protected] about authorizing your return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Absolutely! We stock all of our metal in sheet or coil form and have the ability to process to most sizes. Let us know what size you need and we do our best to accomodate.
Can I get samples of particular colors or materials?
Yes! We can provide physical samples of all of our materials at no cost to you. Just let us know the colors or materials you would like to see, and the samples will arrive in a few days!
